Fillers

With age , the facial fat compartments change and most are partially lost leading to facial loss of volume and sagging. Weight loss might also have a similar effect. . To restore a more plump and youthful look filler can be used all while maintaining natural results. At our clinic, fillers are commonly used to address tear troughs, cheekbones, lips, chin, jawline, temples, the area around the mouth, and even the hands. By restoring lost volume, fillers can help to diminish wrinkles, improve subtle contour defects, and restore shape and volume to your features.

We offer a wide range of dermal fillers, but our preferred and most commonly used product is Hyaluronic acid (HA). HA is naturally found in the mid-portion of the skin where collagen and elastin are normally located. HA gives the skin its substance and integrity, which is diminished with the aging process. Our injectable hyaluronic acid is a non-animal derived gel-like substance that does not require an allergy test prior to treatment. It is highly effective and provides consistent results with a high safety profile. HA also allows us to provide precise injections to delicate areas with little to no downtime. It typically lasts between 6-12 months on average and can be dissolved immediately with hyaluronidase if necessary.

In addition to HA, we also offer calcium hydroxyl-apatite and Sculptra. Calcium hydroxyl-apatite is an FDA-approved filler that can be used for volume augmentation or as a biostimulator to stimulate collagen synthesis. It is resorbable after 1-2 years and can be used to improve skin quality and laxity in various areas of the body.
Sculptra is an injectable poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) that stimulates collagen synthesis in the skin, leading to facial volume restoration and improved skin laxity. It is preferred for patients with very hollow and thin faces since it gives significant volume in a wide area. Sculptra can also be used to restore body volume and treat laxity in arms, thighs and buttock. Lighter forms of HA, sometimes combined with vitamins, can be used to improve skin texture and hydration especially in the neck area.

At our clinic, we place utmost importance on using safe and effective products. We avoid the use of permanent fillers as their removal is very difficult and they can cause disfigurement and irreversible damage to the skin even years after the treatment.
We take an artistic approach to our treatments and believe in the philosophy of “less is more” to achieve natural-looking results. Our team strives to maximize the effect of every syringe used, and we avoid overfilling features to maintain a more elegant and youthful appearance.
