Once your order is received and payment is confirmed, we’ll start processing your order. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

The Skin offers standard shipping.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  1. Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary based on your location. Generally, we expect orders to be delivered within 2-5 business days.

  1. Business Days and Holidays

Packages do not ship from our offices on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Labor Day (May 1)
  • Eid el Fitr*
  • Eid el Adha*
  • Independence Day (November 22)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)

  1. International Shipping

We provide international shipping services. However, the shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country.
Our product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties applied outside of Lebanon. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes potentially levied by the country you are shipping to.

  1. Payment

For local orders, you can pay by credit card (online), or cash upon delivery.

For international orders, payment should be made online by credit or debit card.

You can use your Gift Cards towards the purchase of your online order. Any unused balance will remain on the card and can be used toward a future purchase. The remaining balance can be paid by credit card (online) for international orders, or cash upon delivery in Lebanon.

Only one promotional offer code can be used towards an order. Promotional offer code cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or credit.

If you have a promotional code, you can enter the code at checkout. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket at the Order Confirmation page.

Fraud Protection

All payment forms are subject to verification and review by The Skin Clinic.

The Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

  1. Order Confirmation Email

    Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with The Skin, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number, the details of the products and corresponding prices, any credits or promotional discounts, taxes, shipping charges (if applicable), your ship-to information, the shipping method, and the payment method.
  2. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your order any time using the provided tracking number.

  1. Placing Telephone or Whatsapp Orders

You can order quickly and easily by calling or sending a Whatsapp message to our number to place your order with our Customer Service Representatives. 

When you place an order by phone or Whatsapp, the shipping costs and delivery schedule are the same as our online shipping costs and delivery schedule.   1. Canceling & Modifying Orders

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket.
Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a “In Progress” status, and will enter the dispatching process either immediately or 1 day later. This is the only time where you can cancel or modify your order.
Once your order enters the shipping process, no further changes can be made.
